Q: What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

No hard stops. We will never cut off your traffic during a spike. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading your plan.

Q: Will my Static IPs ever change?

No, your IPs are yours for the life of your subscription. They will never change unless you explicitly ask us to rotate them.

Q: Why do I get two IP addresses?

We provide a load-balanced pair of IP addresses for redundancy. If one node requires maintenance or experiences issues, traffic automatically routes to the second IP ensuring zero downtime.

Q: What level of support do I get?

Every plan includes direct access to our engineering team. We typically respond to support tickets within a few hours during business days.

Is there a minimum commitment or contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. Every plan starts with a free trial so you can test the connection before you pay a dime.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

No hard stops. We won't break your production app just because you had a busy month. If you exceed your limit, we'll keep processing requests and reach out to discuss an upgrade plan that fits your growth.

Will my Static IPs ever change?

No, unless you ask us to. In over 12 years of operation, we have never forced an IP change. We use permanently reserved IPs that persist even through maintenance and failovers. Your allowlists are safe with us.

Why do I get two IP addresses?

For zero-downtime redundancy. We provide a primary and secondary static IP to ensure high availability. If one node encounters issues, our load balancer automatically routes traffic through the second IP so your app stays online.

What level of support do I get?

Real engineer support. We don't use chatbots. Our North American-based engineering team answers support emails personally (usually within a few hours). We also provide phone support and dedicated setup assistance for Enterprise and higher plan customers.
