Refund Policy
At QuotaGuard, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you sign up for QuotaGuard and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please cancel the service in your QG Administration Dashboard, then send a refund request by email to Support from your registered administrator email address.
If your refund request comes from an email address other than the registered administrator address, we will require additional verification, including but not limited to: the original registered email, the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, and the billing date.
Your refund request will typically be processed within 10 days of receipt. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
QuotaGuard reserves the right to refuse refunds for accounts flagged for abuse, policy circumvention, or fraudulent activity.
Marketplace Subscriptions (Heroku, AWS, Azure, etc.)
If you subscribed to QuotaGuard through a third-party marketplace (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Azure, Render), we do not have access to your billing information or the ability to process refunds directly. Billing for these accounts is managed entirely by the respective platform.
You must submit refund requests or cancellation orders directly through that platform’s support system or dashboard, subject to their specific policies.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, your Administrator must log into the QG Dashboard and cancel the subscription directly.
For security reasons, we cannot process cancellation requests via email or Support tickets. T
his strict validation prevents unauthorized cancellations by malicious actors attempting to impersonate account holders.
